The Refreshment Rooms cafe is open seven days a week.
There are great lunch and dinner menus available. Enjoy dining in the heritage setting of the Old Gympie Railway Station which is 100 years old. Or dine in the elegance of the MVHR's Club Car where the atmosphere of yesteryear enhances your meal. The Refreshment Rooms cafe is licensed.
Light meals and Afternoon tea/ Morning tea are available. Why not order a High Tea?

The MVHR is offering in 2013 Themed Events which are occurring at Old Gympie Railway Station.
These events are based on Romancing the Station, Pirates of Ye Ol’Gympie, Wild Wild West, Christmas in July, Elvis Theme night and the popular Teddy Bear’s Picnic.
